Design d’interaction : entre conformité et innovation

Abstract : This contribution attempts to find the stakes inherent to the teaching of interaction design for an interactive multimedia product. The conceptual device of the designer is approached to evoke the duality of the process of specific communication in this product: on the one hand the strategy of the designer leans on the cultural and empirical area of the user in a way that the message is understood. On the other hand it stimulates spontaneous emotional reactions. We show this double game articulating the conformity with the innovation by means of an example, and its teaching with students designers in multimedia.
