Jeu de rôle de table 2.0 : évolution d’une pratique ludique à l’ère du numérique

Abstract : This article focuses on the evolution of the practice of roleplaying games in the digital era. Internet, the Web 2.0, and other digital devices are nearly omnipresent in our modern society. Games, including roleplaying games, are not spared by this digital impregnation since the gaming experience of the role players is often enhanced and improved through these new devices. This work observed the new behaviours and uses of french role players using a questionnaire submitted to numerous subjects. Furthermore, the introduction of new technologies into playful sphere raises the issue of the role playing games wholeness for which the boundaries are often redefined.
