Trafic des idées. Une démarche scientométrique pour suivre la dynamique des publications à propos du spectococcus pneumoniae

Abstract : Taking advantage of the scientometric resources attached to the intelligence of the authorship information fluxes we have determined the factors concerning the start of a research project on an alarming health question. Once identified the specific community of authors we have examined its demographic properties. One can rule out the urgency attributed to the resolution of the problem from the scientific idiosyncrasy of the work undertaken considering its degree of continuance. The acknowledgement links established by the scientific community through the citations express, in demographic terms, the translation of the importance accorded to the work of these authors inside the academic territory. The vitality of the situation previous to the beginning of the research line has been approached through the computation of the population firmly working in the subject, deriving those who transiently work in the field, and by the prospective determination of the renewal ratio own to the selected population.
