Abstract : Ict's (Information and Communication Technologies) disrupt our interpersonal relations (email, social networks, universal access to knowledge). They are obviously impacting learners and more or less rapidly teachers. Between them, the gap is opened between familiarity and technology geeks. On the other hand, the confrontation of man with learning is as old as the emergence of life in society and the development of cervical neo-cortex. The thesis defended here is that the teacher is always a researcher, had he the institutional recognition or not.
