Abstract : The poster of the National Center for the Digitalization of Visual Sources (CN2SV, Center of Numerical Resources of CNRS - http://www.cn2sv.cnrs.fr) presents the documentary data processing sequence of the scientific files implemented since 2006. It allows the creation of numerical instruments of research on the visual sources (photographs, notebooks of grounds, charts, book of laboratories, files of scientists, etc). While being based on a method of collaborative indexing of indexing and controlled folksonomy, the CN2SV produces and diffuses already several instruments of research bound for the researchers and the laboratories. These tools, which use formats XML PUT, EAD and MODS, are fed by documentalists, archivists and researchers working together around a scientific project. They are published on a platform Web (extranet or Internet) using SDX and the application Web PLEADE (http://www.arch.cn2sv.cnrs.fr/ead). They are also accessible by harvesting OAI-PMH. The CN2SV, in partnership with the data-processing pole of the Center Alexandre Koyré/CRHST (UMR 8560) and it computer centre of in2P3-CNRS, comes to set up DataCenter allowing the perennial storage of data (http://www.crhst.cnrs.fr/hstl/datacenter/). It is also based on the model Open Archival Information System (OAIS) for the implementation of its policy of perpetuation of the numerical data.
